BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 3419 Wilcox Boulevard, and in the 3400 block of Milton Street. Tract 1, to be zoned C-2: Lots 31, 32, 33, and 34, and the west 6 feet of a 12 foot alleyway, Corrected Plat of Hillsboro Heights Addition No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 13, page 3, R.O.H.C., the deeds to said lots being recorded in deed book 1471, page 526, deed book 1466, page 281, and deed book 1337, page 575, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 147B-A-20, 21, and 22. Tract 2, to be zoned R-4: Lots 42, 43, 44, 45, and 46, Corrected Plat of Hillsboro Heights Addition No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 13, page 3, R.O.H.C., the deeds to said lots being recorded in deed book 2152, page 995, and deed book 1466, page 281, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 147B-A-15. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial District and R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
